Every Ricoh component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Ricoh IM C300 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
