10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Parel repair shops handle Toshiba the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Toshiba technicians are trained specifically on Toshiba Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Toshiba work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Toshiba component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Parel. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Toshiba repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Toshiba Laptop.

Xigox services Dynabook, Portege and Tecra and the rest of the Toshiba range. We regularly take in Dynabook, Portege and Tecra units for Battery Draining Fast repair in Parel. Specific Toshiba models on our current service list include Toshiba Dynabook Satellite Pro, Toshiba Portege X30 and Toshiba Tecra A50. If your Toshiba model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Toshiba Portege X30 is part of Toshiba/Dynabook's Portege line — historically one of the thinnest, lightest business ultrabook lines available, prized for portability.
The Toshiba Tecra A50 is part of Toshiba/Dynabook's Tecra line — Toshiba's mainstream business laptop series.
The Toshiba Dynabook Satellite Pro is part of Toshiba/Dynabook's Satellite Pro line — a business-oriented laptop series from Toshiba's laptop division (now operating as Dynabook).
