How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Toshiba Tecra A50 is part of Toshiba/Dynabook's Tecra line — Toshiba's mainstream business laptop series.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Toshiba keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. That's the standard Xigox holds for Toshiba Tecra A50 Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Gholvad — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Toshiba Tecra A50 Laptop Keyboard Replacement is complete.
