Laptop Touchpad Not Working Repair in Asalpha

ASUS ROG Strix G16 — Battery Replacement

“My ASUS ROG Strix G16 battery had degraded to the point where it would die within forty minutes of unplugging, which made it essentially a desktop computer. At the Xigox the technician used a professional battery analyser to confirm the cells had lost sixty-eight percent of their original capacity. They sourced a genuine BIS-certified replacement battery with the correct wattage and voltage specifications and installed it while I waited. After a full calibration cycle the battery now lasts over seven hours on moderate workload which is even better than when I first purchased the laptop. They provided a six-month warranty on the replacement and the entire process took less than ninety minutes. Stellar work — They turned what I thought was a write-off into a perfectly working device.”

Acer Nitro 5 AN515 — Battery Health Restoration

“I noticed my Acer Nitro 5 AN515 battery had swollen and the trackpad area was visibly bulging upward, which was not only inconvenient but genuinely dangerous. I immediately rushed to the Xigox Dadar service centre where the technician carefully removed the swollen battery using proper safety protocols to avoid any risk of puncture. They disposed of the old battery responsibly and installed a brand-new BIS-certified battery with identical voltage and wattage specifications. After installation they ran a full charge-discharge calibration cycle and the battery health monitor now shows one hundred percent capacity with an estimated life of over eight hours on balanced mode. They also checked the charging circuit on the motherboard to ensure the swelling was not caused by a faulty charge controller. Extraordinary professionalism — Five stars does not feel enough — they deserve ten out of ten.”

Acer Aspire 5 A515 — Cracked Screen Fix

“The screen on my Acer Aspire 5 A515 cracked badly after an accidental fall from my office desk, with spider-web cracks covering nearly the entire display making it completely unusable. I took it to Xigox and the technician carefully matched the exact panel model to ensure colour accuracy and resolution would remain identical to the original. They completed the full screen replacement in record time, including recalibrating the display brightness sensor and verifying touch functionality worked across every area of the screen. The new panel looks absolutely pristine with no dead pixels, no backlight bleeding, and the viewing angles are just as good as the original. They also applied a tempered glass protector free of charge. Top-notch craftsmanship — From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional.”

Lenovo Yoga 7i — Broken Hinge Fix

“The left hinge on my Lenovo Yoga 7i cracked completely and the screen was wobbling dangerously every time I tried to open or close the lid, with pieces of plastic falling off the base. At the Xigox the technician inspected both hinges and found that the right hinge was also developing stress fractures. They replaced both hinge assemblies with heavy-duty stainless steel replacements, reinforced the mounting points inside the laptop body with metal brackets, and carefully reassembled the casing so it looks completely original. The lid now opens and closes with smooth, firm resistance and there is absolutely zero wobble. They even touched up the small scuff marks on the plastic bezels. Remarkable repair quality — They turned what I thought was a write-off into a perfectly working device.”
