Who repairs your device
Your Sony VAIO E Series is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians remove the display assembly to access the hinge brackets directly, replace the worn or cracked hinge mechanism (and the surrounding plastic if it has cracked from stress), and carefully re-route the display cable through the new hinge to avoid pinching it — a common cause of a second fault right after a hinge repair done without care.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The VAIO E Series is part of Sony/VAIO's E Series — an accessible, mainstream laptop line from the VAIO brand's history.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Water spillage is the #1 reason for keyboard failure on Sony VAIO laptops in Saat Rasta. Even a small splash causes corrosion under the keycaps. Our technicians remove and clean the keyboard membrane, replace individual switches or the full deck. Keyboard replacements in Saat Rasta take 2–4 hours.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Sony VAIO. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Every issue completed by Xigox in Saat Rasta comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Sony VAIO is returned in Saat Rasta, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Saat Rasta.
Your issue doesn't end when the Sony VAIO is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Saat Rasta customers choose Xigox again and again.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Saat Rasta is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Sony VAIO, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Not everyone in Saat Rasta can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers work on Sony VAIO hardware every day specifically for Sony VAIO hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Saat Rasta clients.
