FAQ
FAQs — Acer Computer AMC Services in Agashi
Everything you need to know before booking your service
10 questions answered
Most repairs completed within 2-6 hours. Complex issues may take 1-2 days. We provide estimated timelines after diagnostic.
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship.
Costs depend on the specific issue and device. You get a detailed written quote after the ₹350 inspection, which is credited to the repair.
Xigox handles Acer Computer AMC Services for all major brands in Agashi, including Apple, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Intel and custom-built systems — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. We also serve Agashi Beach, Global City, Arnala, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Agashi. Our technician diagnoses your computer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers near Agashi Village in Agashi are covered by our free pickup.
We accept all major payment methods for Acer Computer AMC Services in Agashi: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — out-of-warranty computers are most of what we handle in Agashi. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Our service covers the full 401301 postal area in Agashi.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your computer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Agashi. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the computer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your computer rather than a general helpline. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.

Acer Computer Repair in Agashi — Xigox
If you are looking for Acer Computer repair in Agashi that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Acer bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Acer boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Acer Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401301 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Agashi Village, our service coverage extends across Agashi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Agashi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Agashi Beach, Global City, Arnala and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Agashi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
How We Perform Computer AMC Services
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a repair job on this component, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Full internal access, not just external cleaning — most of the value in a maintenance visit comes from what's inside the chassis, not the keyboard surface.
- A before/after record (temperatures, battery health) so the visit has a measurable result.
3 When You Need This
- It's been a year or more since the last internal service.
- You want to catch small issues (a weakening battery, early dust buildup) before they become an actual repair.
- The device is heading into heavy use (a new job, exam season, travel) and you want it in known-good condition beforehand.
