10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kaman Road repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Aspire TC-1780 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Aspire TC-1780 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401208 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Bhiwandi, our service coverage extends across Kaman Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kaman Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Ambadi Road, Sativali, Evershine City and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Aspire TC-1780 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kaman Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Aspire TC-1780 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Acer Aspire TC-1780 is Acer's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing at an accessible price.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Desktop PCs have different failure modes from laptop repair: open chassis design, full-size components, and tower airflow. Our engineers use oscilloscope diagnostics and stress testing to identify PSU ripple, GPU thermal issues, and RAM timing errors — recommending targeted component replacement.
Reliability matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Acer. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Each repair completed by Xigox in Kaman Road comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every repair, so the terms are clear.
Not sure what's wrong with your Acer? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Kaman Road will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Kaman Road residents seek us out for chip-level repair.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Kaman Road, it undergoes a comprehensive 20-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Kaman Road.
Can't wait 48 hours? Xigox offers rush the repair in Kaman Road for urgent situations. From an important client meeting and your Acer just crashed, our emergency service ensures completion within the same business day.
