How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Acer Aspire TC-1780 is Acer's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing at an accessible price.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Uttan need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Traveling across town in Uttan takes hours. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this issue. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Acer from your home or office. After the issue is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Uttan rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Your Acer model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Not everyone in Uttan can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for Acer hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Uttan clients.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Uttan customers choose Xigox again and again.
Businesses across Uttan trust our issue to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Uttan workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Expert repair shouldn't break the bank in Uttan. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres.
