10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Bhandup repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Aspire TC-1780 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Aspire TC-1780 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400078 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Nahur, our service coverage extends across Bhandup and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bhandup, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhandup East, Nahur, Bhandup West and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Bhandup. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Aspire TC-1780 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Aspire TC-1780 is Acer's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing at an accessible price.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Thermal compound dries out and cracks after 2–3 years — causing CPU temperatures to spike from a healthy 55–65°C to 90–100°C, triggering severe performance throttling. In Bhandup, Xigox's Acer Aspire TC-1780 Computer Thermal Paste Replacement applies premium compounds and clears years of dust from the cooling system to restore factory-level thermals.
Your Acer model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
We know your time is valuable in Bhandup. Xigox plans this repair for rapid turnaround. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the repair on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Bhandup address, perform the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Your private information is fully protected during your job. Residents across Bhandup rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. The biggest frustration about repair shops in Bhandup is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Acer, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this job.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, our repair is almost always usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
How do you know you need this job on your Acer? Look for: unexpected shutdowns, overheating, slow performance, grinding or clicking, rapid battery loss, or display issues. If you notice any of these in Bhandup, act quickly — waiting often makes the problem worse. Our team can assess your Acer quickly and advise on the best this job.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Bhandup? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Bhandup address within 2 hours.
