Located near Ganjad Village Road, our service coverage extends across Ganjad and all surrounding localities. Straightforward Acer jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Ganjad. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we first confirm the camera is actually disabled or faulty at the hardware level (checking Device Manager/System Report for whether the OS even detects it) before opening the bezel, since a large share of "broken webcam" cases are a software permission or driver issue, not hardware at all.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Acer Computer Camera Not Working Fix for desktops in Ganjad need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Businesses across Ganjad trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Ganjad workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Acer is returned in Ganjad, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Ganjad.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Ganjad is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently.
