How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we first confirm the camera is actually disabled or faulty at the hardware level (checking Device Manager/System Report for whether the OS even detects it) before opening the bezel, since a large share of "broken webcam" cases are a software permission or driver issue, not hardware at all.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Bulging or leaking capacitors in Mumbai are an extremely common fault on boards older than 5 years — especially after Mumbai's humid monsoon cycles. Xigox's board-level engineers perform targeted cap replacement rather than recommending a full board swap: a ₹500–₹1,500 repair instead of a ₹10,000–₹25,000 board replacement. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Computer Camera Not Working Fix in Mumbai — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Computer Camera Not Working Fix is complete.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Mumbai. We plan this repair for speed and efficiency. For most issues, our technicians finish the repair within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Mumbai home or office, execute the repair using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Not sure what's wrong with your Acer? Before you commit to any job, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Mumbai will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Mumbai is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Acer, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Your job doesn't end when the Acer is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your job, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Mumbai return to Xigox.
All this repair completed by Xigox in Mumbai comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card every single time, so the terms are clear.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: accurate quotes, fast turnaround, and genuine parts.
