10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Chandivali repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400072 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Saki Vihar Road, our service coverage extends across Chandivali and all surrounding localities. In addition to Chandivali, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Hiranandani Powai and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Chandivali; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
Our bench covers 9 distinct Acer series. That matters for Desktop Keyboard Replacement, because a Aspire and a Aspire C are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Desktop Keyboard Replacement in Chandivali. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire TC-1780, Acer Predator Orion 5000 and Acer Veriton M4690G. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.
The Acer Aspire TC-1780 is Acer's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing at an accessible price.
The Acer Predator Orion 5000 is Acer's flagship gaming desktop tower — strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained high-end gaming performance.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Single-key repairs in Chandivali are a quick fix — far cheaper than a full deck replacement. Xigox has replacement keycaps for popular Acer models in Chandivali: if the damage is isolated, targeted key replacement avoids the cost of a full keyboard deck. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Desktop Keyboard Replacement in Chandivali — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Desktop Keyboard Replacement is complete.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Chandivali is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency.
