How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Fixing individual keycaps are often possible in under 60 minutes — far cheaper than a full deck replacement. Xigox carries common individual keys in stock in Matunga Road: if only one or two keys are broken, individual key swap saves ₹2,000–₹4,000 versus a full replacement. When it's Acer Desktop Keyboard Replacement you need in Matunga Road, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Acer Desktop Keyboard Replacement — parts and labour both.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Acer. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Your Acer model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
