10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Charni Road repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Acer parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Computer fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400004 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Chowpatty Seaface, our service coverage extends across Charni Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Charni Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Girgaon, Marine Lines, Opera House and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Charni Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Our bench covers 9 distinct Acer series. That matters for Desktop Screen Replacement, because a Aspire and a Aspire C are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Desktop Screen Replacement in Charni Road. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire TC-1780, Acer Predator Orion 5000 and Acer Veriton M4690G. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Aspire TC-1780 is Acer's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing at an accessible price.
The Acer Predator Orion 5000 is Acer's flagship gaming desktop tower — strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained high-end gaming performance.
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians power down your computer fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
