10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Chinchoti repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401208 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai, our service coverage extends across Chinchoti and all surrounding localities. In addition to Chinchoti, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Juchandra, Naigaon East, Bhabola and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Chinchoti; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check whether the fault is isolated to one port or affects all ports of that type (which usually points to a controller-chip issue on the motherboard rather than the connector itself) before deciding between a port-level repair and a board-level one.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Bulging or leaking capacitors in Chinchoti are an extremely common fault on boards older than 5 years — especially after Mumbai's humid monsoon cycles. Xigox's board-level engineers perform targeted cap replacement rather than recommending a full board swap: a ₹500–₹1,500 repair instead of a ₹10,000–₹25,000 board replacement. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Computer External DVD Writer Setup in Chinchoti — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Computer External DVD Writer Setup is complete.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Chinchoti is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Acer, our technician shares a written quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Traveling across town in Chinchoti takes hours. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this job. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Acer from your home or office. After the job is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: accurate quotes, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Chinchoti customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing." Join the growing community of happy Xigox customers in Chinchoti.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Chinchoti, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Chinchoti.
