10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sion repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Chunabhatti, our service coverage extends across Sion and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sion; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Computer.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Keyboard ghosting, cursor jumping, or a snapped hinge on your Acer requires specialist tools to fix correctly. Xigox engineers have the right tools for every Acer model, prevent chassis stress fractures during hinge work, and test all keys and cursor tracking before delivery. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Computer Keyboard Replacement in Sion — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Computer Keyboard Replacement is complete.
