10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Vakola repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400055 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vakola Pipeline Road, our service coverage extends across Vakola and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vakola, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Milan Subway, Santacruz East, Vile Parle East and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vakola; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Computer leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A liquid spill is the most common cause for keyboard failure on Acer laptops in Vakola. Even a drop of tea or water can short-circuit key sensors beneath the membrane. Our technicians clean and dry the keyboard layer, fix individual keys or swap the full keyboard. Keyboard replacements in Vakola are completed same-day.
Customers from Vakola with free pickup and drop. Every job gets a written quote before any work, genuine parts and a 90-day warranty, for a single Acer or a whole office. By trusting us for this job in Vakola, your device is repaired at our Virar West workshop and returned tested.
Accidentally spilled liquid on your Acer? Liquid damage ranks among the top causes for emergency repair in Vakola. The most important step: keep the Acer powered off! Contact Xigox right away. Our repair bench is equipped with ultrasonic cleaners to extract moisture at the component level. Our success rate is among the highest in the industry. In Vakola, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished job — parts and labour both.
Your private information is fully protected during your issue. Residents across Vakola rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Vakola, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Vakola.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: no surprise charges, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Vakola customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing." Your repair doesn't end when the Acer is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your repair, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Vakola return to Xigox.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Vakola is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
When should you consider it's time for the repair on your Acer? Watch for: frequent freezing, excessive heat, lagging response, strange noises, battery draining fast, or dead pixels. Experiencing even one of these in Vakola, don't ignore them — delaying often increases repair costs. Xigox technicians can diagnose your Acer within the hour and advise on the right the repair.
Longevity matters for this issue. That's why our technicians exclusively use OEM-grade parts for your Acer. Rather than grey-market components, we source from established suppliers. This helps your issue last, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
Not sure what's wrong with your Acer? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection.
