How your Acer Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Papdy; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Product lines
Our bench covers 9 distinct Acer series. That matters for Laptop Keyboard Repair, because a Aspire and a Aspire C are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Laptop Keyboard Repair in Papdy. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Worth knowing for this repair: Often has soldered RAM given its thin profile — confirm the specific model before assuming an upgrade is possible.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Single-key repairs in Papdy are often possible in under 60 minutes — far cheaper than a full deck replacement. Xigox carries common individual keys in stock in Papdy: if only one or two keys are broken, individual key swap saves ₹2,000–₹4,000 versus a full replacement. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Laptop Keyboard Repair in Papdy — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Laptop Keyboard Repair is complete.
