Don't Delay — Not Charging Gets Worse Over Time
Unaddressed hardware issues worsen and can lead to secondary damage, escalating repair costs significantly.
Knowing the root cause ensures a precise repair — not just a temporary fix.
Repeated plug/unplug cycles wear out charging port pins and the internal connector socket.
Lint, dust and foreign particles accumulate inside the port, blocking electrical contact.
Voltage spikes from faulty chargers or unstable power supply damage the charging IC.
Inserting cables at wrong angles or with force bends or breaks port pins internally.

Product lines
Acer does not build one laptop — it builds 9 separate series, and Not Charging repair is a different job on each. Xigox services Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway and the rest of the Acer range. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Not Charging repair in Alkapuri. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
