10 questions answered

Most Vangaon repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401103 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vangaon Village, our service coverage extends across Vangaon and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vangaon, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vangaon Market, Vangaon Station, Vangaon Beach and other nearby areas.
How your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vangaon; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we first confirm the camera is actually disabled or faulty at the hardware level (checking Device Manager/System Report for whether the OS even detects it) before opening the bezel, since a large share of "broken webcam" cases are a software permission or driver issue, not hardware at all.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The iMac 27 5K 2019 is the larger, Intel-based 5K iMac generation (2019-2020) — the last iMacs before Apple's move to its own silicon, featuring a more repair-accessible design than the newer 24" models and genuine user-upgradeable RAM via a rear access door.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex.
