10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Worli repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400018 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Worli Dairy, our service coverage extends across Worli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Worli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Prabhadevi, Shivaji Park, Elphinstone Road and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Worli; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Xigox keeps Apple parts and service documentation for 8 Apple series, so Computer External DVD Writer Setup on a iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Computer External DVD Writer Setup in Worli. Specific Apple models on our current service list include Mac Mini M2, Mac Mini M2 Pro, Mac Pro M2 Ultra and Mac Studio M2 Max. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
The Apple Mac mini is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
The Mac Pro M2 Ultra is Apple's top-tier workstation desktop, built for studios and professionals needing maximum sustained performance, internal expansion (PCIe slots on the tower configuration), and the highest I/O capacity in the Mac lineup.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check whether the fault is isolated to one port or affects all ports of that type (which usually points to a controller-chip issue on the motherboard rather than the connector itself) before deciding between a port-level repair and a board-level one.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Worli requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. When it's Apple Computer External DVD Writer Setup you need in Worli, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple Computer External DVD Writer Setup — parts and labour both.
