Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Prabhadevi repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400025 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Lower Parel, our service coverage extends across Prabhadevi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Prabhadevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Worli, Dadar West, Matunga and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Prabhadevi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple Computer.

Product lines
Apple does not build one desktop — it builds 8 separate series, and Computer Keyboard Liquid Damage is a different job on each. Xigox services iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro and the rest of the Apple range. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Computer Keyboard Liquid Damage in Prabhadevi. Specific Apple models on our current service list include Mac Mini M2, Mac Mini M2 Pro, Mac Pro M2 Ultra and Mac Studio M2 Max. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Apple Mac mini is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
Worth knowing for this repair: No built-in display, keyboard, or mouse — pair it with whatever peripherals you already have.
The Mac Pro M2 Ultra is Apple's top-tier workstation desktop, built for studios and professionals needing maximum sustained performance, internal expansion (PCIe slots on the tower configuration), and the highest I/O capacity in the Mac lineup.
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
Worth knowing for this repair: Soldered RAM/storage, same Apple Silicon limitation as the rest of the current Mac lineup.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians disassemble down to board level, inspect every component the liquid reached under magnification for corrosion or shorted traces, clean and dry everything thoroughly, and only then attempt a careful, incremental power-on test rather than a full boot straight away.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple Computer Keyboard Liquid Damage in Prabhadevi: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Prabhadevi is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any job, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Prabhadevi will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Quality matters for this job. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Apple. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your job stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,605+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: no surprise charges, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Prabhadevi customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Join the growing community of happy Xigox customers in Prabhadevi.
Each job performed by Xigox in Prabhadevi comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in Prabhadevi? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician arrives at your Prabhadevi address within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — your Apple is delivered back to you with a quality report.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
