Who repairs your device
Your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Worli repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400018 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Worli Dairy, our service coverage extends across Worli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Worli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Prabhadevi, Shivaji Park, Elphinstone Road and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Worli. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Mac Mini M2 Pro is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Worli requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. When it's Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro BIOS Update Service you need in Worli, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro BIOS Update Service — parts and labour both.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Worli, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Worli.
All the repair completed by Xigox in Worli comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every repair, so the terms are clear.
You have options in Worli, but Xigox is the preferred choice for this issue. Our core values include 100% upfront pricing. Every issue starts with a detailed hardware check costing just ₹350, refunded if you proceed. No hidden charges — just professional issue in Worli.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Worli rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Not everyone in Worli can handle complex the repair. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Worli clients.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Premium repair shouldn't break the bank in Worli. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres. You receive identical stellar quality for your Apple, but at a much fairer price. Get your free quote for the repair in Worli now.
Need your Apple fixed urgently? We provide emergency this issue in Worli for time-sensitive situations. Whether you have a presentation tomorrow and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service puts your Apple at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Worli. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your issue immediately.
Many Worli customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Time is money in Worli. This is why we offer a fast, transparent, doorstep Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro BIOS Update Service that just works. No waiting in queues — only honest, warranty-backed repairs. Call +91 74997 61196 to book your free Worli pickup.
