Who repairs your device
Your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Mac Mini M2 Pro is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro Thermal Paste Application in Sewri: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this issue — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Sewri are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Arranging the repair in Sewri is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Sewri doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, the repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Apple is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Sewri, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Sewri.
Businesses across Sewri trust our issue to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, a priority response queue, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Sewri workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
There are many repair shops in Sewri, however, Xigox stands out for the repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Sewri.

Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Sewri is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
