10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Borivali repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400092 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near SV Road, our service coverage extends across Borivali and all surrounding localities. In addition to Borivali, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Borivali West, Borivali East, IC Colony and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Borivali; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, for driver-specific faults, we identify the exact chipset/controller involved, remove the conflicting or corrupted driver cleanly, and install the manufacturer-correct version rather than letting Windows Update pick a generic one that may not fully support every feature of your hardware.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Mac Mini M2 Pro is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple Silicon in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro integrates CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and RAM on one die — creating different failure modes than Intel-era Macs. In Borivali, Xigox's Apple engineers are trained on M1, M2, and M3 diagnostics: the specific failure patterns of Apple Silicon hardware. For Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro Computer Windows Installation in Borivali specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro Computer Windows Installation.
Businesses across Borivali trust our repair to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Borivali workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
All this issue completed by Xigox in Borivali comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
There are many repair shops in Borivali, however, Xigox stands out for this issue. We believe in total honesty. Each issue begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert issue in Borivali.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide priority the repair in Borivali for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service puts your Apple at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Borivali. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your repair immediately.
Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
We know your time is valuable in Borivali. Xigox plans the repair for speed and efficiency. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the repair on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Borivali address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Following a professional issue in Borivali, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Borivali to document the improvement.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Borivali, it undergoes a comprehensive multi-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Borivali.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Ready when you are in Borivali. From emergency repairs to planned maintenance, Xigox takes the stress out of Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro Computer Windows Installation: doorstep collection, OEM-grade spares, same-day turnaround, and a written warranty. Call +91 74997 61196 now.
