10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Uttan repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401106 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Uttan Fishing Village, our service coverage extends across Uttan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Uttan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Uttan. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with component-level diagnosis under a microscope — checking power rails, shorted capacitors, and damaged ICs with a multimeter and thermal camera — before any chip-level soldering work begins, since a wrong first guess on a board-level repair can turn a fixable fault into a dead board.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
The model
The Mac Pro M2 Ultra is Apple's top-tier workstation desktop, built for studios and professionals needing maximum sustained performance, internal expansion (PCIe slots on the tower configuration), and the highest I/O capacity in the Mac lineup.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Uttan requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. For Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra Desktop Motherboard Repair in Uttan specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra Desktop Motherboard Repair.

Many Uttan customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.

Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Uttan, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your issue was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Uttan.
