Who repairs your device
Your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with component-level diagnosis under a microscope — checking power rails, shorted capacitors, and damaged ICs with a multimeter and thermal camera — before any chip-level soldering work begins, since a wrong first guess on a board-level repair can turn a fixable fault into a dead board.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
The model
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Khar requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple Mac Studio M2 Max CPU Repair in Khar — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple Mac Studio M2 Max CPU Repair is complete.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Khar is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Every issue completed by Xigox in Khar comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Can't wait 48 hours? We provide priority the repair in Khar for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your Apple just stopped working, our priority service puts your Apple at the front of the queue, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Khar. Simply mention 'URGENT' when booking and we'll prioritise your repair immediately.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
High-quality repair doesn't have to be expensive in Khar. By optimizing our repair processes, we offer savings of up to half the cost compared to official repair outlets. You get the same OEM components for your Apple, without the massive markup. Request a price estimate for the repair in Khar today.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Khar. We plan this issue for maximum convenience. For most issues, our technicians finish the issue within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Khar home or office, perform the issue using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your repair stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Khar, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Khar.
Businesses across Khar trust our repair to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, a priority response queue, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Khar workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Following a professional issue in Khar, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Khar to document the improvement.
