Who repairs your device
Your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Talasari repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Studio M2 Max architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Apple parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Apple Mac Studio M2 Max fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Talasari Road, our service coverage extends across Talasari and all surrounding localities. In addition to Talasari, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi, Bordi Beach, Gholvad and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Talasari; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple Mac Studio M2 Max OS Installation more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Talasari, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple Mac Studio M2 Max OS Installation for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Talasari will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for the repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Talasari are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in Talasari, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. Enjoy total convenience without leaving your desk.
Many Talasari customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your issue, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Talasari return to Xigox.
