Xigox is Kandivali's leading independent specialist for Apple Computer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Apple Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Kandivali. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.

Our bench covers 8 distinct Apple series. That matters for Computer Battery Replacement, because a iMac and a Mac are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Computer Battery Replacement in Kandivali. Specific Apple models on our current service list include Mac Mini M2, Mac Mini M2 Pro, Mac Pro M2 Ultra and Mac Studio M2 Max. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Mac Pro M2 Ultra is Apple's top-tier workstation desktop, built for studios and professionals needing maximum sustained performance, internal expansion (PCIe slots on the tower configuration), and the highest I/O capacity in the Mac lineup.
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
The Apple Mac mini is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple Computer Battery Replacement in Kandivali: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
Your Apple model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
