If you are looking for Apple Laptop repair in Borivali East that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400066 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vazira, our service coverage extends across Borivali East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Borivali East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Borivali, Borivali West, Dahisar and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Borivali East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Xigox keeps Apple parts and service documentation for 8 Apple series, so MacBook Battery Replacement on a iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for MacBook Battery Replacement in Borivali East. Specific Apple models on our current service list include MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Worth knowing for this repair: Typically 15-18 hours of real-world battery life, among the best in any laptop class.
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Worth knowing for this repair: Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex. In Borivali East, Xigox's Apple engineers are up to date on Apple Silicon failure patterns: I2C bus faults, SMC configuration resets, and T2 secure boot diagnosis. For Apple MacBook Battery Replacement in Borivali East specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Battery Replacement.
There are many repair shops in Borivali East, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Borivali East.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Borivali East is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this repair — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Borivali East are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Borivali East rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Each job performed by Xigox in Borivali East comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
