Most Grant Road repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400007 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mani Bhavan (Gandhi Museum), our service coverage extends across Grant Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Grant Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Opera House, Nana Chowk, Cumballa Hill and other nearby areas.

Apple does not build one laptop — it builds 8 separate series, and Laptop Short Circuit Repair is a different job on each. Xigox services iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro and the rest of the Apple range. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for Laptop Short Circuit Repair in Grant Road. Specific Apple models on our current service list include MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate the fault to a specific power stage or IC first (rather than assuming a full board swap is needed), repair or reflow/replace only the failed component using hot-air rework stations, and run full POST and stress tests before considering the job done.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
