Product lines
Our bench covers 10 distinct ASUS series. That matters for Laptop External Keyboard Setup, because a ExpertBook and a ExpertCenter are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in ExpertBook, ExpertCenter, ProArt and ROG, along with ROG Strix, TUF, Vivo and VivoBook units for Laptop External Keyboard Setup in Sarni. Specific ASUS models on our current service list include Asus ROG, Asus TUF, Asus VivoBook and Asus ZenBook. If your ASUS model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Asus TUF is part of Asus's TUF Gaming line — positioned as a more affordable, durability-focused alternative to ROG, with MIL-STD durability testing and a more restrained (less RGB-heavy) design.
The Asus VivoBook is Asus's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at an accessible price, Asus's answer to Dell Inspiron and Lenovo IdeaPad.
The Asus ZenBook is Asus's premium consumer laptop line — thinner, lighter, and better-built than VivoBook, Asus's direct competitor to the Dell XPS and HP Spectre.
Worth knowing for this repair: Thinner profile than VivoBook often means more soldered components — confirm upgradeability before assuming it.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
