If you are looking for ASUS ROG repair in Umela that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent ASUS bench since 2011, and our technicians work on ASUS boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every ASUS component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your ASUS ROG — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401208 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near St. Gonsalo Garcia Church Bassein (nearby), our service coverage extends across Umela and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umela, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naigaon West, Naigaon East, Bhabola and other nearby areas.
How your ASUS ROG gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Umela; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back ASUS work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your ASUS ROG does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Asus ROG is part of Asus's ROG (Republic of Gamers) line — Asus's flagship gaming brand (laptop and desktop), known for high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and distinctive RGB-forward design.
