Who repairs your device
Your Brother DCP-T220 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Brother DCP-T220 is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Print quality issues — faded output, ink smears, or offline status are surprisingly disruptive. The Xigox team provides Brother DCP-T220 Bulk Printer Repair Services for HP, Canon, Epson, and Brother: cartridge system servicing, laser component overhaul, paper feed roller replacement, and network printing configuration.
No matter the Brother you own, Xigox handles this repair. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
Every job performed by Xigox in Halav Pol comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Reliability matters for this repair. That's why our technicians exclusively use original-specification parts for your Brother. Rather than counterfeit components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your repair is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
Businesses across Halav Pol trust our job to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this job for your Halav Pol workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Many Halav Pol customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Brother units, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete job in Halav Pol? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Halav Pol address within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — this job is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to you fully tested.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Halav Pol rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Brother is returned in Halav Pol, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Halav Pol.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Halav Pol is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your job, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Halav Pol return to Xigox.
