Xigox is Walkeshwar's leading independent specialist for Brother DCP-T220 repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Brother hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Brother product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother DCP-T220 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400006 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Walkeshwar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Malabar Hill, Nepean Sea Road, Kemps Corner and other nearby areas.
How your Brother DCP-T220 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Walkeshwar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
