Who repairs your device
Your Brother DCP-T420W is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Xigox is Balkum's leading independent specialist for Brother DCP-T420W repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Brother hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Brother product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Brother DCP-T420W models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400608 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ghodbunder Road, our service coverage extends across Balkum and all surrounding localities. In addition to Balkum, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Majiwada, Thane, Thane West and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Balkum. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Brother DCP-T420W leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a cleaning job rather than a parts replacement, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T420W is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Preventive servicing in Balkum dramatically extends print head life: periodic nozzle clearing, roller replacement before jamming begins, genuine toner/ink installation. Xigox offers Balkum businesses service agreements for any fleet size — covering all labour for Brother DCP-T420W Printer Cleaning Service.

Arranging this issue in Balkum is incredibly straightforward. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Balkum trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.

We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Brother units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
