If you are looking for Brother DCP-T720DW repair in Kolshet that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Brother bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Brother boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother DCP-T720DW — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400607 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kolshet Road, our service coverage extends across Kolshet and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kolshet, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Hiranandani Estate, Ghodbunder Road, Balkum and other nearby areas.
How your Brother DCP-T720DW gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kolshet; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Brother DCP-T720DW leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
