Absolutely. Data security is our top priority. Our technicians never access personal files during Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Cleaning Service. We follow strict protocols to prevent data loss, and we'll always inform you before any procedure that could affect stored data. Your privacy is fully protected. Free pickup also available in Ghodbunder Road, Kolshet, Balkum and surrounding areas.
Xigox handles Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Cleaning Service for all major brands in Hiranandani Estate, including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Ricoh and Kyocera — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Our service covers the full 400607 postal area in Hiranandani Estate.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Hiranandani Estate. Our technician diagnoses your printer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
We accept all major payment methods for Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Cleaning Service in Hiranandani Estate: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers near Lake Pleasant in Hiranandani Estate get our fastest response times.
Yes — out-of-warranty printers are most of what we handle in Hiranandani Estate. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. We also serve Ghodbunder Road, Kolshet, Balkum, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your printer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Ghodbunder Road, Kolshet, Balkum and surrounding areas.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Hiranandani Estate. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the printer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers across Hiranandani Estate (400607) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. We've been serving Thane district for over 15 years.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Cleaning Service work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Our service covers the full 400607 postal area in Hiranandani Estate.

How it's done
How We Perform Printer Cleaning Service
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a cleaning job rather than a parts replacement, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Full internal access, not just external cleaning — most of the value in a maintenance visit comes from what's inside the chassis, not the keyboard surface.
- A before/after record (temperatures, battery health) so the visit has a measurable result.
3 When You Need This
- It's been a year or more since the last internal service.
- You want to catch small issues (a weakening battery, early dust buildup) before they become an actual repair.
- The device is heading into heavy use (a new job, exam season, travel) and you want it in known-good condition beforehand.
