How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When dust and debris are the actual cause, we run the printer's built-in nozzle check pattern first to map exactly which nozzles are clogged, then run targeted cleaning cycles (escalating to a manual solvent soak for stubborn, long-dried clogs) rather than repeatedly running a generic auto-clean that wastes ink without fixing a hard clog.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T720DW is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Head Cleaning requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Head Cleaning jobs take 2–4 hours.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Mumbai, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Mumbai.
