10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Umroli Station repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother DCP-T720DW architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Brother component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Brother DCP-T720DW — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Boisar Road, our service coverage extends across Umroli Station and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umroli Station, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Umroli, Umroli Phata, Chinchani and other nearby areas.
How your Brother DCP-T720DW gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Umroli Station; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Brother work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Brother DCP-T720DW does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When dust and debris are the actual cause, we run the printer's built-in nozzle check pattern first to map exactly which nozzles are clogged, then run targeted cleaning cycles (escalating to a manual solvent soak for stubborn, long-dried clogs) rather than repeatedly running a generic auto-clean that wastes ink without fixing a hard clog.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Brother DCP-T720DW is part of Brother's DCP series — Brother's multifunction (print/scan/copy, no fax) printer line for home and small-office use.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Laser printing issues — streaks, ghosting, or toner not fusing require targeted fault isolation: exactly which component has failed?. Xigox engineers never replace all laser consumables speculatively — saving businesses ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary parts. Brother DCP-T720DW Printer Head Cleaning in Umroli Station includes a print quality verification before handover.
