It depends on the age and value of the printer. As a rule, if the repair costs less than a third of a comparable replacement and the rest of the hardware is healthy, repairing is worth it. After the inspection we tell you the honest repair cost and what a replacement would run, so the comparison is yours to make — we do not push a repair that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Vikhroli East, Vikhroli West, Tagore Nagar and surrounding areas.
No. For any printer that still powers on we take a full backup before touching the hardware, and for units that do not, we attempt recovery before repair. Your data is never accessed beyond what the repair requires, and nothing is copied off-site. Customers near Tagore Nagar in Vikhroli are covered by our free pickup.

Brother DCP-T720DW Repair in Vikhroli — Xigox

Most Vikhroli repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother DCP-T720DW architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.

Parts for Brother DCP-T720DW models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.

We actively serve the entire 400083 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Tagore Nagar, our service coverage extends across Vikhroli and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vikhroli, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vikhroli East, Vikhroli West, Tagore Nagar and other nearby areas.

How your Brother DCP-T720DW gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vikhroli; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.

We back Brother work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Brother DCP-T720DW does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.
