10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Gamdevi repair shops handle Brother the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Brother technicians are trained specifically on Brother MFC-L2701DW architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Brother work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Brother MFC-L2701DW models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400007 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Bhulabhai Desai Road, our service coverage extends across Gamdevi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Gamdevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Oshiwara, Lokhandwala, Lokhandwala Back Road and other nearby areas.
How your Brother MFC-L2701DW gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Gamdevi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Brother MFC-L2701DW leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this service, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
