How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Printer repair requires a different technical skillset — understanding ink delivery systems, fuser temperature zones, and drum calibration requires specific training. Xigox's printer technicians are trained specifically on print mechanisms: print head replacement and alignment, drum unit and toner sensor calibration. Most Brother Printer Setup jobs take 2–4 hours.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Aarey Colony is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency.
