Acer Predator Helios 16 — Keyboard Fix

“After accidentally spilling an entire cup of chai on my Acer Predator Helios 16, about fifteen keys stopped responding entirely and the backlight on the left side was permanently dead. I visited Xigox Andheri expecting to hear bad news but the technician quickly identified that the keyboard membrane was damaged beyond repair while the underlying motherboard was completely safe. They ordered a brand-new backlit keyboard that matched the original layout perfectly, including the specific key travel distance and feel that I was used to. Installation was completed within 2 hours and every single key now works flawlessly with full backlight functionality. They also waterproofed the new keyboard with a silicone membrane underneath for extra protection. World-class attention to detail — I have already recommended Xigox to three of my colleagues.”

“My ASUS ROG Strix G16 battery had degraded to the point where it would die within forty minutes of unplugging, which made it essentially a desktop computer. At the Xigox the technician used a professional battery analyser to confirm the cells had lost sixty-eight percent of their original capacity. They sourced a genuine BIS-certified replacement battery with the correct wattage and voltage specifications and installed it while I waited. After a full calibration cycle the battery now lasts over seven hours on moderate workload which is even better than when I first purchased the laptop. They provided a six-month warranty on the replacement and the entire process took less than ninety minutes. Stellar work — They turned what I thought was a write-off into a perfectly working device.”

MacBook Air M3 15-inch — Battery Health Restoration

“I noticed my MacBook Air M3 15-inch battery had swollen and the trackpad area was visibly bulging upward, which was not only inconvenient but genuinely dangerous. I immediately rushed to the Xigox Dahisar service centre where the technician carefully removed the swollen battery using proper safety protocols to avoid any risk of puncture. They disposed of the old battery responsibly and installed a brand-new BIS-certified battery with identical voltage and wattage specifications. After installation they ran a full charge-discharge calibration cycle and the battery health monitor now shows one hundred percent capacity with an estimated life of over eight hours on balanced mode. They also checked the charging circuit on the motherboard to ensure the swelling was not caused by a faulty charge controller.
