MacBook Air M2 13-inch — Keyboard Fix

“After accidentally spilling an entire cup of chai on my MacBook Air M2 13-inch, about fifteen keys stopped responding entirely and the backlight on the left side was permanently dead. I visited Xigox Versova expecting to hear bad news but the technician quickly identified that the keyboard membrane was damaged beyond repair while the underlying motherboard was completely safe. They ordered a brand-new backlit keyboard that matched the original layout perfectly, including the specific key travel distance and feel that I was used to. Installation was completed in record time and every single key now works flawlessly with full backlight functionality. They also waterproofed the new keyboard with a silicone membrane underneath for extra protection. Top-notch attention to detail — The value for money you get here is simply unbeatable.”

ASUS VivoBook 15 X1504 — Battery Health Restoration

“I noticed my ASUS VivoBook 15 X1504 battery had swollen and the trackpad area was visibly bulging upward, which was not only inconvenient but genuinely dangerous. I immediately rushed to the Xigox Powai service centre where the technician carefully removed the swollen battery using proper safety protocols to avoid any risk of puncture. They disposed of the old battery responsibly and installed a brand-new BIS-certified battery with identical voltage and wattage specifications. After installation they ran a full charge-discharge calibration cycle and the battery health monitor now shows one hundred percent capacity with an estimated life of over eight hours on balanced mode. They also checked the charging circuit on the motherboard to ensure the swelling was not caused by a faulty charge controller. Superb professionalism — The warranty they provide gives incredible peace of mind.”
