10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Uttan repair shops handle Canon the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Canon technicians are trained specifically on Canon PIXMA TS3370 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Canon work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Canon component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Canon PIXMA TS3370 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401106 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Uttan Fishing Village, our service coverage extends across Uttan and all surrounding localities. In addition to Uttan, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhuigaon, Vasai Fort, Bhayandar West and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Uttan. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Canon PIXMA TS3370 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Canon PIXMA TS3370 is part of Canon's PIXMA TS-series — Canon's home all-in-one inkjet line, generally better photo-print quality than the base E-series, aimed at home users printing both documents and photos.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. A printer producing streaked lines, blank pages, or persistent error codes cost Uttan businesses hours of lost productivity. The Xigox team provides Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Express Repair for all major printer brands: inkjet print head cleaning and unclogging, laser drum and fuser assembly repair, fixing paper-jam errors, and Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting.
