FAQ

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Majiwada repair shops handle Canon the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Canon technicians are trained specifically on Canon PIXMA TS3370 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Canon work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Canon component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Canon PIXMA TS3370 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Eastern Express Highway, our service coverage extends across Majiwada and all surrounding localities. In addition to Majiwada, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Balkum, Thane, Thane West and other nearby areas.
How your Canon PIXMA TS3370 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Majiwada; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Canon work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Canon PIXMA TS3370 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Canon PIXMA TS3370 is part of Canon's PIXMA TS-series — Canon's home all-in-one inkjet line, generally better photo-print quality than the base E-series, aimed at home users printing both documents and photos.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Preventive servicing in Majiwada dramatically extends print head life: periodic nozzle clearing, roller replacement before jamming begins, genuine toner/ink installation. Xigox offers Majiwada businesses service agreements for any fleet size — including routine and emergency calls.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Majiwada? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to your Majiwada address fully tested.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Canon units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
We know your time is valuable in Majiwada. Xigox plans the repair for rapid turnaround. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the repair on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Majiwada address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.

The repair issues cost Majiwada businesses hours of lost productivity. Xigox handles all major printer brands: paper feed jams and roller wear, drum unit replacement.
