FAQ
FAQs — Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Photo Repair in Vidyavihar East
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Basic service 1-2 hours. Hardware repairs 2-4 hours. We carry common spare parts for faster turnaround.
Yes — out-of-warranty printers are most of what we handle in Vidyavihar East. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Our service covers the full 400077 postal area in Vidyavihar East.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your printer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Kamani, Vidyavihar, Pant Nagar and surrounding areas.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Vidyavihar East. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the printer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Our service covers the full 400077 postal area in Vidyavihar East.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your printer rather than a general helpline. We've been serving Mumbai Suburban district for over 15 years.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that printer before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Photo Repair work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers near SNDT College in Vidyavihar East get our fastest response times.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the printer is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Vidyavihar East, even when the answer means we do not get the job. We also serve Kamani, Vidyavihar, Pant Nagar, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Vidyavihar East, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. Free pickup also available in Kamani, Vidyavihar, Pant Nagar and surrounding areas.
Yes, on request. Any component we remove during Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Photo Repair is yours, and we will hand it back with the repaired printer so you can see exactly what was changed. Just mention it when you approve the quote. Customers across Vidyavihar East (400077) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
The cost of Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Photo Repair in Vidyavihar East depends on your laptop or computer model and the extent of damage. Xigox charges ₹350 for inspection — refunded if you proceed with the repair — you'll receive a transparent, written quote with no hidden charges. Most standard Canon PIXMA TS3370 Printer Photo Repair jobs start from ₹499. Call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 for an instant estimate. Trusted by customers throughout Mumbai Suburban — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.

How it's done
How We Perform Printer Photo Repair
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a repair job on this component, we isolate whether the fault is the printer, the connection (USB/WiFi), or the computer's driver/queue first — each has a different fix — by testing the printer directly against a different device before concluding where the fault actually sits.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A clear print queue — a single stuck job can block every subsequent print attempt until it's manually cleared.
3 When You Need This
- The printer works from one device but not another on the same network — pointing to a driver/connection issue on the affected device rather than the printer itself.
The model
About the Canon PIXMA TS3370
The Canon PIXMA TS3370 is part of Canon's PIXMA TS-series — Canon's home all-in-one inkjet line, generally better photo-print quality than the base E-series, aimed at home users printing both documents and photos.
Key features
- Better photo-print quality than the E-series, often with a dedicated photo-black ink tank.
- All-in-one print/scan/copy functionality on most configurations.
- Cartridge-based ink — higher per-page cost than the tank-based G-series.
