How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we fully open the chassis (not just surface-clean the exterior), clear dust from the fan, heatsink, and vents, check battery health, re-seat RAM/storage connections, and run a software health check — treating this as a genuine inspection, not just a wipe-down.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Capacitor failures on desktop PC motherboards in Dindoshi are one of the most frequent desktop issues on boards 5–10 years old — particularly in coastal and humid environments. Xigox's board-level engineers identify and replace individual capacitors rather than condemning the entire board: significant cost saving through component-level work. When it's Custom Computer AMC you need in Dindoshi, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Custom Computer AMC — parts and labour both.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Dindoshi trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Custom is returned in Dindoshi, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Your Custom model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
