Most Parel repair shops handle Custom the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Custom technicians are trained specifically on Custom Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Custom work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your Custom Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Parel; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Custom work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.
